Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Krakenote website and waitlist (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service today
Krakenote is an upcoming AI-powered study app for iOS and the web. This website currently provides information about the product and lets you join a waitlist to be notified about launch and early access. Separate terms will apply to the app when it becomes available.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist lets us email you about Krakenote. It does not guarantee access to the app, a specific launch date, particular features, or any specific pricing — all of which may change as we build. You can leave the waitlist at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Acceptable use
- Don't submit false, automated, or someone else's information to the waitlist.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't misuse the Krakenote name, logo, or content.
Intellectual property
The Krakenote name, logo, mascot, and the content on this site are owned by Krakenote and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pre-launch information is final.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krakenote will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
